The grounds outside Seoul City Hall are well-populated with sculptures and interesting illuminations. This image shows part of the field of illuminated flowers, the Yeoboseyo ear for recording citizen comments, and drinking fountains. The same`artificial illuminated flower technology was used to make a map of Korea on the large field to the south of the building.
