This fountain outside Seoul City Hall is in the shape of a fingerprint. While labeled on the engraved plaque as "The Spring of Human Rights", the actual installation has its stones carved to say "Human Rights Spring" in English. The "whirls" of the fingerprint make use of 5 different languages and express article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
