My experience with the Old Spaghetti Factory in Kobe has consistently been excellent and thus is highly-recommended. The bread is fantastic, usually delivered just out of the oven and the meals have been delightful. The service has been excellent, and while that is something one expects, it is not always the case. I can think of a horrible example in Odaiba, for example. I have taken the Shinkansen and popped over to Kobe simply to have dinner here and pay a visit to the M78 shop at the Mosiac Mall.
