The Red Brick Warehouses in Yokohama have evolved from their original purposes into a high-end shopping mall and restaurants. The buildings themselves are nicely illuminated, but the surrounding area becomes very dark in the evening. Not surprisingly, one can often make out figures holding hands while walking past.
